Channel manager

• New reservations, with a room assigned when one is free

Payments

Your UPI ID and QR code appear on the guest's bill. The pay button opens any UPI app with the amount and booking reference filled in. Guests can attach a payment screenshot, and your team confirms the payment before the stay is closed.

For properties that want to take card, UPI and net-banking payments online, we integrate a payment gateway of your choice, such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU, using your own merchant account. Online advance payments on your booking page and payment links for balances then settle straight to you.

Who is Host Labs PMS for?

Homestays, B&Bs, boutique hotels and guest houses: properties with a handful to a few dozen rooms and a small team.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, and can be installed on the home screen like an app.

Do I need a channel manager?

OTA sync runs through the Aiosell channel manager. If you already use Aiosell, we connect your account and map your rooms; if not, we help you get started.

Can my caretaker use it without seeing the money?

Yes. Caretakers handle check-ins, rooms, food and requests; revenue, receivables and reports stay with the owner.

How do guests get the app?

They sign in with the phone number on their booking, or open a link you send them. There is nothing to download.

Can guests pay online?

Guests pay by UPI from the bill in the guest app today. If you want card and net-banking payments or online advances, we integrate a payment gateway of your choice on request.

Is my data safe?

Each property only sees its own data, staff access comes from roles we issue, guests see only their own stay, and the data is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery.
