About

Software shaped by real operations.

Host Labs builds software for independent hospitality, and runs a homestay in Bhimtal, Uttarakhand, where every feature is used before it ships.

Why Host Labs PMS exists

Host Labs runs a homestay in Bhimtal, in the Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand, welcoming guests since 2023. Running it meant juggling OTA extranets, a paper register, WhatsApp threads for food orders and a spreadsheet for payments.

The systems we tried were built for large hotels, or were too thin to handle channels, a kitchen and a caretaker running the day. So we built our own, and ran our own front desk on it.

Host Labs PMS is that system, made ready for other properties: every feature is used at our own property before it reaches yours.

What we hold ourselves to

• Proven in operation: Features are used at a working property before they ship.
• Small-property first: Built for a handful of rooms and a small team, not a hotel chain.
• Private by design: Guests see only their own stay; staff see only their property; credentials stay on the server.
• Honest about what is ready: Every feature is marked live, coming soon or on request.
