Built for domestic demand

MakeMyTrip and Goibibo bring domestic leisure travellers, most of all for hill stations and weekend trips, so demand follows the Indian calendar: long weekends, school holidays and festivals.

The pricing planner in Host Labs PMS marks the holidays and long weekends ahead, suggests a hike or an off for each with the reason, and sends the rate you add to MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and every other channel at once.

Commission, GST and TCS on MakeMyTrip bookings

The commission rate is in your MakeMyTrip contract, and its commission invoice shows whether it was worked on the price with GST or before it. 18% GST is added to the commission, and from a prepaid payout 0.5% TCS and 0.1% TDS are kept.

A ₹3,150 night prepaid at an example 18% on the price before GST pays out ₹2,494.80, and the room earns ₹2,362.80. Set the rate once in Settings and every booking shows its own.

GST on MakeMyTrip bookings

MakeMyTrip sends the price and the tax it added. Host Labs PMS keeps both, picks the GST slab per room per night from the price before tax, and puts CGST and SGST on the bill and the tax invoice.
